The learning outcomes will enable the trainee to:

Map a continuous improvement project from start to finish.
Understand the relationship between Lean, Continuous improvement, waste
identification, root cause analysis, problem solving, project management and
action planning.
Develop and implement a continuous improvement project to deliver benefit to
the organisational employees, their work processes, and the business.
