Lean Operational Excellence Training Program

Berka Solutions Lean Operational Excellence training programs are supplemented and aided through a balance of team coaching and leadership mentoring to enable the change process to be embraced and embedded into our client organisations. The training program objectives are structured in three key areas, relationships & engagement, training delivery, and Innovation. This training program is structured in four modules allowing the client team to understand and integrate lean into their culture over a period of time. Each module builds on the previous module and is similar to the industry standards of White Belt, Yellow Belt, and Green Belt, and is supported with specific Change Management, Leadership, and Strategy workshops for the leadership team.
